Hi! I’m Sifat Muhammad Abdullah, a 4th year Ph.D. student at the Department of Computer Science, Virginia Tech. I am advised by Dr. Bimal Viswanath. My research interests center around the security of machine learning models. Particularly, I focus on evaluating the reliability and robustness of Generative AI defense strategies using foundation models, and on ways to build more generalizable defenses. I have received my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BUET in April, 2019.
